1.1.4    Organizational Culture

In SMA5 before going inside the school, the students will greet their teacher by doing “salam” means that the student will give respect and greetings because they are younger. And in SMA5, before starting meeting or class, the teacher will say “Assalamualaikum” and the response is “Wa Alaikumsalam”, it means “peace be with you” and “peace be with you too”. In SMA5 the teacher and students are very kind and you will feel home because of their hospitality.
