•    I started observing and teaching assisting for the first week and I saw some different and identical teaching strategies of teacher of Indonesians and Filipinos. Indonesian Physical Education teacher especially my Cooperating Teacher start her class with prayer and stretching. In SMAN5 each class have three hours of Physical Education per week, 1st hour is discussion, 2nd and 3rd hour is for practical test. After finishing her routine, Ma’am Asrita gave motivation to her students by giving a play regarding her topic/subject and after that she starts her discussion and give the students some learning strategies to learn such skills and strategies. After discussion, she let her class practice and later she will give the practical test.
